Abstract
The ability of the adrenalectomized rat maintained on 0.85% saline to inactivate histamine was restored by the adm. of adrenal cortex extract or of desoxycortico-sterone acetate. The maintenance dose of cortin for a rat was found to be wholly inadequate to restore the ability of the animal to inactivate histamine. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
