Abstract
We report a detailed experimental study of the kinetics of separation into coexisting gas, liquid, and crystal phases in a colloid-polymer mixture. Distinct kinetic regimes are identified, and interpreted in terms of the underlying “free-energy landscape” of the system.Keywords
