Abstract
Thin layers of dry lactic acid dehydrogenase were irradiated with protons of different energies up to a maximum of 80 keV. The inactivation cross section at room temperature was about 0.4 x 10-12 cm2 and within the range of energy measured, was constant. The effect of particle energy on the course of inactivation especially at very low energies was estimated. Irradiation at different temperatures showed a decrease in the effect of irradiation after low temperatures. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
