Abstract
A case of massive solitary intracranial chondroma involving the base of the skull in a 15-mo. old baby boy was successfully treated by total excision. The diagnosis was simplified by the use of computerized tomography, which materially helped in planning the surgical approach. This publication has 11 references indexed in Scilit:
