Abstract
Three isolations in a rural area of Venezuela of Paracoccidioides brasiliensis are described using the indirect technique in mice which were killed after 60 days. Colonies were inoculated into guinea-pigs and mice to determine pathogenicity. The characteristics of the area where the isolation were obtained, are described. Keywords
