Abstract
Elastic and inelastic angular distributions were measured, including that for the state at 0.712 MeV. Parameters of the charge distribution were determined, and compared with those obtained with low-energy electrons and with mass deformation parameters from scattering. The data also compared to a Hartree-Fock calculation.
