Abstract
The calculated phonon spectrum of Z-form poly(dG-dC)·poly(dG-dC) between 400 and 1600 cm−1 is reported. Comparison with the available data shows the very good agreement between theory and experiment. The eigenvector displacement is used to assign the characteristics of some of the important modes. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
