Abstract
The functionalized polyethylene glycol/polystyrene copolymer support 4 was shown to be suitable for a completely automated synthesis of small- to medium-sized cyclic oligodeoxy-ribonucleotides. Syntheses of the linear precursors were achieved by the phosphoramidite method, whereas the cyclization reactions were based on the phosphotriester chemistry. Keywords
