Abstract
A purified virus prepn. was used which contained 1.19 X 10-13 g. of N per ml. and one inoculum giving LD50 virus activity contained 3.9 X 10-14 g. of N. Micrographs showed an indication for a slight asymmetry of the spherical particles. In measuring the diam. of the particles a minimum dimension of 10 m[mu] and a maximum of 20 m[mu] with an average of about 12m[mu] was found. These measurements would indicate a mol. wt. of the order of 500,000 to 1,000,000.Keywords
