Abstract
A simple model for describing the dynamics of the parallel resonant converter is derived from a proposed equivalent circuit. The transfer functions are obtained from this equivalent circuit, and the evolution of poles and zeros is represented in each operating point. Bode diagrams and step response have been plotted, leading to interesting conclusions. Theoretical results are compared with those obtained from experiments carried out on a prototype. Keywords
