Abstract
We examined risk factors for tuberculosis recurrence in patients admitted to a tuberculosis hospital in Florida in 1996 and 1997. Recurrence of tuberculosis was not significantly associated with tuberculosis drug levels or HIV status, which indicates that routine drug monitoring may not be beneficial in general patient management. Keywords
