Detection of He Ions in the Interaction of 70-MeVwith Aluminum

Abstract
We detected and identified He ions, predominantly particles, in the reaction at MeV. The differential cross section at 90° is 6±2 mb/sr in the energy range MeV. The He yield decreases from 7 to 25 MeV, where it approaches zero.
