Abstract
Urine collected from 3 young <&? for 3 days was extracted with ethylene dichloride, the final oil taken up in ethanol and administered to adrenalectomized rats by stomach tube. These dosages increased survival by 37-51%. Cortin-like materials have also been demonstrated in extracts of composite samples of normal J1 urine and in that of postoperative patients. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
