Abstract
Food intakes of 2 subjects were measured Aug. 24-28, and repeated on the same subjects and 1 additional, Sept. 14-18. Diet contained dairy products, bread, oatmeal, potatoes, tomatoes, fruits, and sugar. Average compositions and calorific values were assumed. The intake of protein was lower than reported in northern studies, though this was not true of total calories. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
