Abstract
This discussion is based upon 205 autopsied cases of carcinoma of the pancreas. Sixty-six percent were male, eighty percent white, mean age 61.5 years. Fifty-three percent of tumors occurred in the head of the pancreas. Most lesions were moderately well-differentiated adenocarcinomas. Pathologic aspects of carcinoma of the pancreas are discussed. Keywords
