Abstract
Adrenal venous blood of the dog was quantitatively analyzed by paper chromatography for steroid components. 14 fractions were isolated; 3 were identified as 17-hydroxycorticosterone, corticosterone and 11-desoxy-17-hydroxy-corticosterone; 7 of the unidentified fractions exhibit chemical reactions characteristic of adrenocorticosteroids. Keywords
