Abstract
In the context of models which have a cluster decomposition in the momentum variable of the produced particles we study the effects of (1) small transverse momentum, (2) small average inelasticity, and (3) asymptotically constant total cross section. We find constraints on the behavior of the cluster functions for large rapidity separations and on the high-energy behavior of the multiplicity moments. Keywords
