Periodicity in the undulation spectra of GaP: N

Abstract
The approximately periodic undulations observed in luminescence spectra of GaP: N are shown to arise from the long-range order of the crystal lattice. The period of the oscillations is equal to the separation of the lattice planes.Keywords
