Abstract
This study suggests that destination specific travel literature requested by consumers is an important promotion medium in the travel industry. The booklets and brochures are used by a large number of travelers who have identifiable characteristics and attributes. Travel marketers should consider promotion materials in light of the results presented here as well as investigate unique features that may be inherent among users of the medium within their specific target markets. Keywords
