Abstract
Two resorcarene derivatives were synthesized and used as a new kind of capillary gas chromatography stationary phase. The results showed that they have high efficiency, medium polarity and excellent selectivity for isomers of industrial chemicals such as substituted benzenes. In the separation of naphthalene and analogs, the strong retention ability was observed. The thermal stability of the new stationary phases are approximately 240 °C.Keywords
