Relationships between cohesive energy, Debye temperature, and the onset of temperature-dependent ion mixing

Abstract
Two recently proposed relationships for the critical temperature for the onset of radiation-enhanced diffusion in ion mixing are examined. The linear relationship between and the cohesive energy is shown to be in agreement with experiment, while the relationship between and the Debye temperature is not.
