Abstract
Three cases of perianal Paget's disease are presented. Clinically, three patients had a chronic irritating perianal rash resistant to hydrocortisone cream. One patient had an underlying rectal adenocarcinoma. The controversies in the histogenesis of Paget's cells in perianal Paget's disease remain unresolved, but it appears that perianal Paget's disease probably is more than one disease and is biologically different from mammary Paget's disease. Keywords
