Abstract
A case report is presented of a 32-year-old white woman with complete heart block and aortic stenosis. Repeated episodes of asystoles, finally resulting in death, occurred. In addition to rheumatic valvulitis, pathologic examination revealed microscopic sarcoid limited primarily to the atrioventricular node. Keywords
