Abstract
[(η5-C5Me5)ZrCl3](1) Can be hydrolysed in toluene to give [{(η5-C5Me5)ZrCl}3(µ-Cl)4(µ3-O)](2) while the reaction of (1) with LiOH·H2O in tetrahydrofuran (thf) gives [{(η5-C5Me5)ZrCl2(H2O)(µ-OH)}2](4); the structures of (2) and (4) have been determined by X-ray diffraction methods.Keywords
