Abstract
Using a two (s-d) band model and the CPA theory of conductivity, we calculate the effect of the phonon induced modification of the density of states on the T-dependence of the electrical resistivity in concentrated transition metal alloys. It is shown that this effect is not at all negligible and in some cases can yield a negative T-coefficient dρ/dT as observed in some of these alloysKeywords
