Abstract
A new method for solving the coupled-channel equations for inelastic scattering of charged particles is described. It is based on a new type of asymptotic expansion of the inhomogeneous problem. It is shown that in cases where the asymptotic series is inadequate, it is possible to use an analytic continuation in the form of continued fraction. Keywords
