Abstract
The elastic scattering of and on nuclei of , , , , , , , and was studied in order to determine the strong-absorption radii and to see if these may be influenced by Coulomb distortion effects. It was found that these Coulomb effects were small and all radii could be described by a radius parameter between 1.30 and 1.44 fm.
