Abstract
The phonon dispersion relations for lattice waves propagating along the three major symmetry directions of lithium are computed on the basis of the lattice dynamical model of Sharma and Joshi. The calculations are in reasonable agreement with the experimental results of Smith et al. obtained from slow-neutron scattering. Keywords
