Abstract
The method to preserve isolated rat hepatocytes under cryogenic conditions (−70 °C) is described. Aminopyrine N-demethylase activity in the frozen–thawed cells was 10–50% that of freshly prepared hepatocytes and was dependent on the storage time.This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
