Abstract
Two new human transitional cell carcinoma lines were established in long term tissue culture. UM-UC-1 was derived from a bladder cancer metastasis, and UM-UC-2 originated from a ureteral carcinoma. Both cell lines produce tumors in athymic nude mice. The cell lines were characterized by isoenzyme phenotype and karyotype. Both of these methods differentiate UM-UC-1 from UM-UC-2.This publication has 12 references indexed in Scilit:
