Abstract
The Devonshire phenomenological theory has been extended to describe the FE(LT)-FE(HT1 phase transition in PZT95/5 ceramics and the phase transition behavior under a DC bias. The shift of the phase transition temperature was calculated theoretically and compared with experimental results. Measurements of the pyroelectric effect under DC bias are described. Keywords
