Abstract
Immature female rats were recipients. Group 1 (100 rats) received gland implants. Group 2 (80 rats) received injections of pregnancy urine or serum from castrate rats. The uteri and ovaries showed an increase in size which persisted for several weeks. Estrus was interrupted. Pitui-taries of recipients showed no increased weight. Adrenals were slightly heavier. Body weight was not affected. This publication has 12 references indexed in Scilit:
