Abstract
The influence of magnetic field on 1/ f noise in GaAs Corbino disks is investigated experimentally. It is clearly shown that the experimental results can be explained by the number fluctuation model but not by the mobility fluctuation model. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
