Abstract
At the Kernforschungszentrum Karlsruhe a gyrotron started operation in October 1986. By the end of December 1986 it had delivered 120 kW RF-power during 10 μs pulses in the TE03-mode at 149-5GHz. The efficiency was about 20%.Keywords
