Abstract
The four peptides have been isolated newly from the tryptic hydrolysate of baker's yeast (Saccharomyces) cytochrome c by an improved procedure which is consisted of Amberlite CG-50 and subsequent Dowex 50 column chromatography, and their amino acid sequences have been determined by the similar methods as those employed for the structural studies of the eighteen tryptic peptides in the preceding paper (2). The results are summarized and discussed together with those of the eighteen peptides. Keywords
