Abstract
Presentation of CaseA six-year-old girl was admitted to the hospital because of coma.She had been well until one week previously, when a brief respiratory infection occurred. Three days before admission she fell from a horizontal bar but did not lose consciousness. A few hours later she complained of blurred vision that prevented reading, and her parents noticed that the left arm appeared weak. On the following morning she appeared "dazed" and tended to look to the right, although the eyes could be deviated to the left.
