Abstract
With the invention of BLSF1) (Bismuth Layer-Structured Ferroelectric), Ferroelectrics has changed from research topics to development theme. A number of challenges yet to be made for realistic Ferro-electric products to come to marketplace are discussed. Potential and promising market will be embedded applications as the first commercial product. Keywords
