Abstract
Multiple sclerotic patients produce less TO antibodies in response to a booster inoculation of T. A. B. T. No. 2 (Wellcome) than do control subjects. Neither multiple sclerotic patients nor controls show a sustained O response, even when monthly injections are repeated on 8 occasions. Keywords
