Abstract
Autonomic movements were exhibited by the vas deferens of 10% of castrated dogs and by 69% of estradiol-treated castrates. The response to drugs was tested and a descending order of response could be presented with estradiol-treated as most responsive and followed by non-treated castrates, testosterone-treated and normal. Reactivity to epinephrine was retained for 16 days by tissues stored at a low temp.
