Lung Localizing Antibodies in Anti-Lung and Anti-Kidney Serum.

Abstract
Localization of antibodies in lungs was examined by fluorescent antibody technic after injection of rabbit anti-rat lung and anti-rat kidney serum into rats. Although both sera gave positive staining in lungs, anti-lung serum contained significantly higher amount of lung localizing antibodies than anti-kidney serum. The localizing components in both sera seemed to be fixed in the same region of alveolar walls.
