Abstract
Patients taking Li had a slightly higher serum creatinine concentration than controls. Creatinine concentration was independent of Li level or therapy length, suggesting that Li decreases glomerular filtration but that this effect is small, noncumulative and of marginal clinical significance.This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
