Note on Albumin Protein Fractions in a Sturgeon

Abstract
The muscle of a sturgeon taken off Nova Scotia contained no trimethylamine oxide. The electrophoretic pattern of the water-soluble proteins indicates at least 10 non-dialysable components in the extract, two of which have weak positive mobilities.This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
