Abstract
Hepatitis B surface antigen was concentrated and purified [for possible vaccine use] from [human] plasma by 2 simple steps of purification. In the 1st step the antigen was purified 24-fold by polyethylene glycol precipitation. An additional 10-fold purification was achieved by batchwise adsorption to hydroxylapatite and subsequent elution with 0.02 M sodium phosphate buffer. This publication has 14 references indexed in Scilit:
