Interaction of NBD‐talin with lipid monolayers

Abstract
Fluorescently labelled smooth muscle talin like native talin interacts with negatively or partly negatively charged lipid monolayers. This was measured in time/area diagrams using the film balance technique combined with fluorescence imaging after double photolabelling of talin and phospholipids.Keywords
