Abstract
Two cases are described of blue naevi occurring in the uterine cervix. These showed a histological appearance identical to that seen in the commoner cutaneous examples. Electron microscopy of both lesions showed the presence of melanosomes in the dendritic cells. No Schwann cell elements were identified. Previous reports of cases are reviewed and discussed. Keywords
