Argon Charge States Due to Impact ofandIons

Abstract
Charge states of argon produced by bombardment with 100-keV to 1-MeV and projectiles were studied by examining high-resolution x-ray satellite spectra. Large differences appear in charge-state populations determined from x-ray data and Auger-electron data.
