Abstract
A recombinant plasmid containing the mouse c-myc gene was injected into mouse pronuclei. The transgenic line 478 contains about 100 copies of the transgene integrated into one chromosome site. By in situ hybridization, the integration site was localized to chromosome 8B3-C1.Keywords
