Abstract
Perinephric abscess is an uncommon complication of acute pyelonephritis. A nephrobronchial colonic fistula is a rare sequela of perinephric abscesses. We report such a case, review the literature, and discuss the associated morbidity and diagnostic dilemmas.Keywords
