Abstract
Problems arising from testing with impulse voltages chopped on the rising fronts of the waves are discussed in this paper. A consideration of the generation and measurement of impulse voltages is presented briefly, and the problems are studied sented briefly, and the problems are studied in a discussion of the test results. The subject is treated nonmathematically and the results analyzed in terms of physical interpretation. Keywords
