Abstract
Two-quasiparticle-plus-rotor model calculations have been performed for to study the systematics of high-spin states of these nuclei. The negative parity states whose energies are well reproduced by the model are characterized as two-quasiproton states. The consistency of the parameters and the agreement of the experimental and theoretical levels support the tentative spin-parity assignments. Our results for positive-parity, high-spin states indicate that these are zero- and two-quasiproton mixed states.
